Animals are cute enough,Why make them use make up?
About an estimated 26 million animals are tested on every year. More than 100 million animals suffer and die every year from chemicals, drugs, and cosmetic test. 99% of animals that are used in experiments are not covered by the protection of Animal Welfare Act (AWA). If a product was safe on a animal it does not mean it can be safe in a use of a human.
Should Animal abuse be against the law
In Wisconsin for abusing an animal you will have to pay a $500-$1,000 fine or 6 months in prison and sometimes both. For Abusing an animal and that animals dies that person is guilty for a class I felony. Another thing to add is if you abandon you animals it will leave you with 1 year in prison and a $1,000 fine and sometimes both. Shockingly a 56 year old Terri Benson was arrested for abandoning her female adult black lab Misty at the parking lot of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
Are we treating mans best friend like our best friend?
If you are against animals abuse than always report it when you see it to your local police officers and make sure you have information like pictures, videos to show the police that someone is abusing an animal. The Waukesha Human Society has a "No Kill" movement to give other animals another chance to live and giving them a new home with a loving family. Another thing is Waukesha Human Society (HAWS) also takes unwanted animals and domestic animals.
