FNB Fitness Challenge
Help Us Help You Reach Your Fitness Goal
Challenge Begins Monday, May 19th
The goal of this challenge is to add more physical activity into your day. Each week consists of a different physical challenge to complete based on your current activity level. We have beginner, intermediate and advanced challenges. A sample beginner program would be:
- Week 1 - Exercise 30 minutes 3 days
- Week 2 - 10 wall push-ups and 10 sit-ups a day
- Week 3 - Walk or run 5 miles or more in 5 days
- Week 4 - 15 minutes of stretching per day
The intermediate and advanced level increases the time and distance amounts.
You will receive a fitness booklet that fits your level to allow you to be competitive for your team. There is a total of 95 points you can earn in the challenge by completing your weekly exercise goals.

Wednesday, May 14th 3:30- 4:00 pm Newtown
Friday, May 16th 9:00 - 9:30 am Doylestown
Friday, May 16th 9:00 - 9:30 am Levittown
Please RSVP to Jackie Parry Bogert (jkparry@fnbn.com) to attend the presentation and to join a team for the fitness challenge. If you cannot attend, please email Jackie that you would like to be placed on a team and if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness level.
Winning team will win bragging rights and a $25 gift card each. In the event of a tie, the winning team will be selected from a drawing.
