What did you learn that you didn't expect?
I learned that you don't get to keep most of the money you make. You have to pay taxes, bills, and necessities. By the end of that you don't have much money left over.
Will you have a different approach when asking your parents for certain things?
Yes, because they probably don't have the money right then. They have to pay taxes, bills, and stuff for you already.
How can you use what you've learned to prepare for the future?
- Knowing how to write checks will be useful because as an adult you will always have to write them and if you don't know how you could get scammed for money.
- Also handling money good because if you don't you will get bad credit and have to pay more for things.
