She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and provides interactive workshops, as well as individualized health and life coaching. Her passion is to connect with people to provide tools for creating a more healthy and balanced life filled with energy and motivation. She also holds a B.S. in Physiology (the study of how living things function most optimally) and a Masters degree in Social Work.
