Headspace is a meditation website/app that is used for stress and anxiety control. The app gives instructions for different parts of the meditation session. As it walks you through it tells you what to think about and how to change your seating position as you go through the session.

HeadSpace has cute pictures that are strangely comforting and encouraging.

User Friendly

The website is easy to set up initially but then actualy using it is a bit confusing. Once you get the hang of it its pretty good. The website lets you make "buddies".

how likely would you be to recommend this website to a friend

The website is quite calming but unfortunatly not all features are open to people who don't pay. I would recommend the free version-although you only get ten sessions out of it.

Favorite Function

My favorite feature is the voice. The voice sounds vaguely Australian, which i found very relaxing.

Use For The App

The intended purpose of the app is that people will take a few minutes every day to meditate. It was designed to help reduce stress and help to control anxiety.

Who would Like to Use This App

People who are overly stressed or have anxiety might find this helpful. I found it relaxing to listen to while doing homework. It is difficult to cut out the time to doit so it really didn't work for me because of how busy I am. If you are busy it probably would not be of use to you.
