What is Sexual Assault?
- Sexual assault is any type of forced or coerced sexual contact or behavior that happens without consent.
- This includes any act of rape, attempted rape, child molestation, and sexual harassment or threats
- Sexual assault is any type of sexual activity, including rape, that you do not agree to.
Rape, What is it?
- Rape is sex you don’t agree to, including forcing a body part or object into your vagina, rectum (bottom), or mouth. Date rape is when you are raped by someone you know, like a boyfriend.
- Both are crimes
- Men as well as women and children can be raped
