We Believe
Our vision is to prepare students to be self-directed learners who are literate, creative, curious, civic-minded citizens who demonstrate civility, order, respect and excellence in school and in life.
Our mission is to ensure the intellectual and emotional growth of every student while promoting civility, order, respect, and excellence. We recognize that each student can and must succeed in an environment enriched with support, encouragement, and accountability.
Puma Community,
Each year every building in Warren Township is invited to nominate one teacher and one support staff person for district-level recognition. Some of the criteria considered for nomination included sensitivity to the needs of students and colleagues, the ability to work cooperatively with others, the concern for individual students and the ability to inspire learning along with the willingness to make contributions to the field of education. We nominated two individuals who demonstrate these attributes on a daily basis. We are excited to announce that Raymond Park Intermediate Academy has nominated Mr. Tony Meyer, 6th Grade Math Teacher and Mrs. Mary Crabtree, School Secretary, to represent us for the district-level recognition. We are very proud of them!
We will not test ISTEP+ again until the next window opens, which will take place from Monday, April 16th through Friday, May 4th. You have the opportunity to learn more about ISTEP+ and even experience questions similar to those your child will be expected to answer by visiting this link. Also, when you schedule appointments during this time frame, please make sure to avoid these dates as the ISTEP+ is a mandatory and critical assessment that students must participate in. Perfect attendance during this assessment is critical to your child's success! Thank you in advance for being mindful of this schedule.
We would like to extend an invitation to our Raymond Park families for the second District Community Dialogue. This community dialogue is an opportunity for our stakeholders to hear about and provide input regarding the future of Warren Township. This dialogue will be held on Tuesday, April 3rd here at Raymond Park, from 6:30PM - 7:30PM. If you are not able to attend, there will be additional community dialogues later in April at Warren Central on April 10th from 5:30PM - 6:30PM and at Stonybrook on April 24th from 6:30PM - 7:30PM.
The MSD of Warren Township will host an open enrollment opportunity for new kindergarten & preschool aged children for the 2018 - 2019 school year. The Kindergarten Roundup will take place on Monday, April 9th, from 5:30PM - 7:00PM at each of our nine elementary schools. To be considered for kindergarten, students must be five years old on or before August 31st. The Warren Early Childhood Center will host their Preschool Roundup during the day, also on April 9th, from 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Students are eligible for preschool as soon as they turn three years old, and registrations are accepted throughout the year. Please contact the Warren Early Childhood Center at (317) 869 - 4750 for more preschool information.
For your future planning purposes, the school board approved the 2018-2019 school year calendar on February 21, 2018. You can access that new calendar here.
