Does Junk Food Help Kids In Class?

By Damon Meads

Does It Or Does It Not ?

Can Doritos help kid focus in class or do they distract them?

My Point Of Veiw

I think that healthy snacks are better for you. I also think that they can make the child distracted and they may distract other kids. Especially in this town were every body shops at an organic food co op. In my opinion it would be better to just eat healthy foods, like carrots, apples and nuts.

All In Favor

According to Hemi Wiengarton "The tiny serving is 150 calories, including 1 gram of saturated fat, 180 mg of sodium (8% of the daily max) and practically no vitamins and minerals. The one bright spot – 2 grams of fiber." These things are as bad for you as not brushing your teeth and especially with braces, According to Camillabell," I mean if they hurt your teeth then you probably shouldn't. They might get stuck in your braces."

The Winner

Healthy snacks. Do I need to say it again? Ok I will, HEALTHY SNACKS ARE THE BOMB. Doritos have an ingredient called Red 40. This chemical is there for color purposes, but it can and will make children hipper. Celery, apples, and nuts these all produce a small drop of energy for your body wile unhealthy food dumps a ton of energy at one time there for causing the ''hipper affect.'' Teachers listen ddddddddddoooooo nnnnnnnnnooooottttt let your students eat Doritos in class. They make a mess and distract the kid eating them as well as the students around them. Yes Doritos will be fine If you eat them in moderation but nnnnneeeeeevvvvvvvvveeeeerrrrrr in class, did you hear me? NNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRRR
