Important Information
CLOSURE UPDATE:
First of all, THANK YOU for your continued support during this challenging time! Many of you have seen the extension of the "STAY HOME STAY SAFE" proclamation to May 4, 2020 from Governor Inslee. School districts will receive an update from OSPI this week regarding how this impacts our schools. You can assume that we will continue the closure to at least May 4, 2020. Please view the very informative update video from OSPI's Chris Reykdal below. As soon as I have further guidance I will share it will all families. With this in mind, and an important meeting that school administrators have on Thursday, I have decided to schedule the community (parent/guardian/student/staff) information update Zoom meeting for Thursday, April 9, 2020 @ 6:00 PM. Here is the Zoom Link for the meeting, we look forward to seeing all of you on Thursday!
ONLINE LEARNING ENGAGEMENT:
All students should be fully engaged with their online learning by this point in time. We are monitoring students and will directly reach out to the students and families to make sure that all students are accessing their learning and making growth toward essential learning standards.
ONLINE LEARNING SURVEYS:
Please take the appropriate survey below by Wednesday, April 8, 2020. We will use the feedback to learn and grow in an effort to increase student success throughout the COVID-19 closure.

GRADING:
We expect to receive further guidance on grading as the closure continues. At this point students should be engaging with learning and completing all assignments, and they will receive feedback on those assignments. Assignments will be given grades and/or proficiency levels, then at the end of the closure and/or trimester students will most likely receive either a "pass" or "no credit" grade. More information to come soon, thank you for your patience with this topic!
