Principal's Message

Talofa, Kia ora, Malo e lelei, Habari, Hello, Sawadee, Kia orana, Dia duit, Ma muka chini,


It has been a busy term and our students have all worked very hard. We hope you all have a restful and safe school break. Thanks to all our teachers and support staff for their mahi and energy this term. Your chid will bring home their report on Friday. Please do discuss this with your child. Parent interviews will be held early term 3.


Our students did their tree planting this week, thanks to Miss McKibbon for organising this. Father Fernando came to bless our trees prior to planting. Our environmental area is beginning to take shape.


Thank you to all our parent helpers for our trip to Rotorua.These experiences are valuable learning opportunities for our students.


This Saturday Bishop Michael Gielen will become the new Bishop of Christchurch. We pray for God to guide and protect him in his work and service.


International Feast Night Celebration is postponed until Week 1, Term 3. New Date:

27th July @ school from 5:00pm. This is a night we come together as a school community and share food, fun and a chat. Everyone is welcome. Please bring a plate of food to share if it can be one that represents your culture-fabulous!


Hearing and Vision Checks.If you child needs a hearing or vision health check please contact Pania on 0212408454 Tokoroa Hospital.


Term 4 Sports

Next term we will be participating in weekly gymnastics and basketball programmes. Your child must be in correct gear for this. Tights or shorts and a well fitted tee shirt are advised.


To our families who may be unwell at this time please take care, let the Principal know if you need anything.

Prayer Ideas

Spend some time in a place of natural beauty. Be quiet and use all your senses to discover something you had never noticed before. Give God thanks for that thing. Meditate on Scripture and ask God to speak to you through something that you see, hear, feel or smell.
