The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day (WMHD) on 10 October every year as an opportunity to raise "awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilising efforts in support of mental health."

Tea & Talk is the national fundraising event which takes place on or around World Mental Health Day - 10 October each year.

Mental Health Issues is an E Learning programme (interactive module) designed to raise your awareness of emotional problems that can happen to you and others.

Unit 1- Introduction to Emotional Problems

Unit 2 - Stop beating yourself up!

This unit will look at how you deal with your problems.

It will also look at depression and how this can occur.
