Where are we staying?
Males and Females will be in separate cottages. Each cottage has two full baths. Bed and bath linens provided. Fireplace (wood not provided). Heat/AC. No phone. Grill and picnic table outside. Fully equipped kitchen has stove/oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, refrigerator, & dishwasher.
What should we pack?
daily clothes + extra (including underclothes)
swim gear (+ plastic bag)
a towel
a blanket / pillow / sleeping bag
tennis shoes
flip flops (optional)
sunscreen (optional)
bug repellant (optional)
desired sporting equipment (bike & helmet, tennis racket, football, frisbee, etc)
What are we eating?
A menu has been planned (including vegetarian options) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (e.g. oatmeal, spaghetti, rice, beans, hot dogs, etc). If you have special dietary needs other than those addressed, please make the necessary accommodations and be sure that the appropriate GE is aware.
In Case of an Emergency
If you need to contact your child or their GE, please call them directly. If you have any specific concerns, please make sure the GEs are aware so they can share pertinent information with the other adults present. Children will be supervised at all times. The following elders will be present:
