MOYA
The book "Tangerine" resembles many issues that kids our age face. Such as standing out in unique ways. For example, Paul Fisher has bulge- eyed glasses. This causes him to stand out more than other people might. Another example is when parents care way too much about something the child doesn't care about. The Erik Fisher Football Dream, Erik of course loves football and would like to be a successful athlete, but his dad cares more than he does. In a way, the dad ignores Paul. The last example is when Erik "made up" the story (started a rumor) that his brother looked at an eclipse and that's why he has to wear those big glasses. But no one else recalls Paul ever doing that.
