Principal's Update
Non-Traditional Instruction Week of 4/20/2020
Dear Families,
As educators we are taught to over prepare for our lessons, but this new way of teaching has been a learning experience for us all. From day one, our teachers have been making adjustments to the work load to lessen the stress on our families. We do not want this to be a source of anxiety for our students and the adults helping them through this.
Please make sure your students are checking in with their teachers through their Google Classrooms and making progress on their assignments whether online or on paper. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
A few staff members will be at school Monday - Wednesday this week from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for families who need to pick up packets for weeks three and four. If your student completed a packet for weeks one and two, they can be dropped off during this time frame. If your student still needs a Chromebook or needs to trade one out, please do so during this time.
Take a look at this week's video for more information.
Sincerely,
Mr. Jones, Mrs. Piatt, and Mr. Taylor
