Gwinnett County celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage with Bilan Liao
Celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month with Gwinnett County Public Library and BiLan Liao, an artist, educator, author, and motivational speaker. Liao explores the relationships between her personal story, Chinese history, and fine art in her book, "Diary of the Dragon's Daughter". For other author talks, adult programs and more, visit:
