Specials Schedule Week B
Duty Schedule- Week 2
Milestone Testing
1- Instructional materials must be covered in your classrooms. Please use butcher paper to cover all instructional materials hanging on the walls in your classroom. This should be completed by Monday evening. Rooms will be checked on Tuesday in preparation for testing to begin on Wednesday.
2- Please send messages to your students' families to get students to school on time. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. If students arrive after 8:30, they will not be allowed in the classroom or to test that day. Let's shoot for 100% attendance!
3-Lower grades- Thank you for your flexibility and moving your students out of your classroom to accommodate Milestone testing. Please be in your designated location no later than 8:30 on testing days.
4- Bathrooms- please ensure your students use the restroom prior to beginning the test. There should be limited movement in the hallway during testing. If a student needs to use the restroom during testing, they will be escorted to and from the bathroom by the hallway monitor. No student is to be in the hallway without an adult.
5- There is a new specials schedule for May 1-17. Please refer to an email sent and to the training PPT on the Google Drive for times. Because you will get 30 minutes for specials instead of 1 hour, a new rotation schedule is being created for you. It will be sent out soon.
6- Walkies- First, 2nd and 3rd grade students will be in different locations in the building that may have limited cell reception. In case of an emergency, please use your walkie to contact the administration for assistance. Grades 3-7, please be sure your walkies are OFF during testing so you are not disturbed. If you are not testing, you can still use your phone for a Group Me message.
7- Thank you to all of you for your hard work with the kids this year! This is their time to show what they know. You have worked tirelessly to prepare our students. They are ready!
