TABLE TOUCH-INS

Just a friendly reminder that table touch-ins are a REQUIREMENT at all times of the day/night. Here are some helpful tips to get these & just good customer service in general, done just right!


1 - Greet the guest as soon as they walk in the door.
("Good morning/afternoon/evening", "Welcome to Chick-fil-A")

2 - Open the door for the guest.

3 - Carry the guest's tray to their table for them.

(#2 & #3 are especially true for our "high needs guests" - elderly, moms with kids, etc., but you can do it for anyone!)

3 - Try to limit your "touch-ins" to no more than 3 times per customer per visit.
(Maybe once they sit down, check & see if they have everything they need. Watch to see if they need refills or their trays cleared.)

SPICY Sandwich (can be substituted for a CFA as well)


MONTHLY CONTEST:

This month is a calendar contest on who can sell the most calendars for December. The winner will receive a $50 gift card, so let' suggestively sell those calendars! They are only $7.


We will also be a drop-off place for TOYS FOR TOTS donations. There will be a box in the dining room.


One of our former managers, Caleb Peavy, will be doing the CHRISTMAS KARAOKE night on December 19th from 6-8 PM, so spread the word & plan on coming yourself if you aren't working!
