Language Arts: Students will determine the theme of the text by referring to details and examples in a text when drawing inferences. They will summarize the text and compare and contrast the point of view from which the story The Power of Water is narrated.
Grammar/Writing: Handwriting/cursive writing and practice of 3 genresof writing (informative, narrative, opinion.)
