Help Desk

If you are having any technical problems please submit a ticket through the Help Desk. There are two ways to access the help desk, you can either go to the district website and hover over the "Staff Resources" click on "Help Desk" or you can click on "Help Desk" under Quick Links on the Stafford Web Page. You will use your same computer User Id and Password to logon to the help desk. Once on the Help Desk Request form you click to choose technology issues like hardware problems, software support, printing issues, etc. You can also choose Instructional Technology for help with co teaching, mentoring, software resource help, training and questions. The Technology Department wants each teacher to submit their own tickets so that they can contact you directly if they need to ask any further questions regarding the problem you are experiencing.

Accessing District Home and Public "P" Drives from Home and Mobile Device

All District employees will have access to their Home and Public Drives from outside EISD. Enter the following link in your web browser: A prompt will ask for your Edgewood credentials. Mobile devise Configuration Download the app “HTTP Commander service” and enter the following settings:

  1. Title – EISD DATA
  2. URL-
  3. Ask for credentials while each logon = off
  4. Username
  5. Password
  6. Secure connection = off

All employees can upload, download and modify their contents in their home drive from outside EISD.

If you want to modify Microsoft Office products on your mobile device you must have Office apps installed to do so.

Teacher Web Pages

It is time to start updating your teacher web page. I have updated any grade level changes. Please make sure to go in and change grade level information and schedule changes. If you are new to Stafford I will have a training to go over what should be on your web page next week.
