Welcome Back

It was great to see everyone at open house this week. It is opening weekend for our football, volleyball, and cross country teams. Good luck to all of them!

Handbooks

The handbooks were approved by the board this past Thursday evening. They will be posted to the school website very soon. We are waiting on final updated board policies to add to the handbook. When that is completed, we are going to print everyone a copy and send them home. After that we will ask for the verification to be signed and returned.

Hunters Ed

Hunters Ed will once again be offered during the school day. We will be offering this to our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. The class will begin on September 7th and students will be done by October 19th just in time for youth hunting season. Permission slips have gone home. The class will begin on September 7. If you have already done the online class, students are still welcome to take the class again if you want to do it in person. If they just need the field day experience, we can offer that as well. They will need to fill out the permission slip, and denote field experience only. Please reach out to Mrs. Murrell if you have any questions.

Grandparents' Day

We are celebrating our grandparents! On September 10, grandparents will be invited to join our students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. An invitation went home with students yesterday! There is also one attached to this newsletter. Please RSVP with your grandparent count by September 8 so our cafeteria can plan accordingly. We can't wait to see everyone!

Breakfast and Lunch

Just a reminder that breakfast and lunch are free for students again this year.
