School Climate
The district climate team has been collaborating in a variety of ways and settings. The goal is to nurture an environment of warmth, discipline, and caring. Teachers have met organically to help communicate the great works being done in the core climate team. Some highlights:
1. Case study learning about real situations teachers face
2. Planning for peer-to-peer learning with our former students who now attend RV
3. Collegial observations to help facilitate knowledge creation and sharing
Please join me in thanking a Climate Team member for their inspiring work.
