To help stay ahead of its competitors Nike has a very strong Human Resources department. The company HR implements a strong strategy to continue to grow and develop its workers within the organization. The ability to expand its bench of talent and stay diverse has allowed Nike to reach its full potential. Each employee is held to a high standard at Nike which leads to a company that is full of leaders that are determined. Nike HR manages over 5,000 employees. Nike's mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.
Nike works and speaks with individual employees to find them a position that fits them best. Therefore, allowing them to work more comfortably and efficiently at Nike. By doing this it results in less employee dissatisfaction and a low turnover rate.
