History of a Hoverboard

The first hoverboard was made by Greg Henderson. It first appeared in a Kickstarter video featuring company engineer and resident stuntman Garrett Foshay.

Motion of the hoverboard

When you are riding a hoverboard, the motions are pretty simple. If you want to go forward, then all you have to do is lean forward. The same for backwards, just dont lean to far back.

Forces of the Hoverboard

The forces that act when you are riding a hoverboard is when you are riding a hoverboard is when you go forward and the hoverboard pushes you back a little bit. Some people that ride hoverboards say that they can feel the hoverboards trying to push them back while riding.

Energy of a hoverboard

A hoverboards energy changes take place with mechanical energy, and electrical energy. But be careful, these hoverboards can be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! If you overcharge them they will blow up and can burn down your house.

The hoverboard can go about 6-12 m/h and the maximum distance it can go is 12-13 miles.

What does a hoverboard do?

The hoverboard has a wheel sensor to make it move, the Hoverboard also detects your movement with the switches on the bottom of the bottom of the board, and you can recharge it also. Just don't over do it.

Who uses a Hoverboard?

Almost everyone can use a hoverboard, (mainly in America) if you can use it responsibly and control it correctly

The materials used to make a hoverboard is a steel frame with a central pivot, a logic board, 2 gyroscopes, 2 infrared sensors, 2 electric motors, 2 tilt/speed sensors, charging ports, power switch, a battery pack, LED lights, pressure pads, and a plastic shell.
