Middle School Fall Conferences
An e-mail is going out to middle school families with more specific information regarding signing up for conferences. We will be using Calendly for families to sign-up for middle school conferences. All conferences will be using Google Meets. The window for conferences is Monday, November 9-Friday Nov. 20.
Conferences are also different this year for Capitol Hill due to all K-8 schools moving to the secondary calendar, meaning we have 8 hours for conferences this year instead of the typical 12 hours that Capitol Hill Middle School is used to having. We know that this, along with the move to virtual conferences, will limit the ability to meet with all teachers. Due to this please sign up for conferences with teachers that you need to meet with, as each teacher has limited conference sign-ups. We do not have enough availability for you to meet with each of your child’s teachers this year during this window.
The link to sign-up for conferences can be found here.
