Background
He was born on Feb. 4, 1902 his wife was Anne Morrow Lindbergh. He had 11 children. One of his sons was kidnapped and killed on August 26, 1974. He was the first person to fly solo non- stop across the Atlantic Ocean.
Accomplishments
He was the first person to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. He was invited to tour a Nazi camp. He helped make the artificial heart.
