What are Dystopias?
A Dystopia is an exaggerated, future setting used in literature to criticize current norms or systems. They are imagined universes where the illusion of a perfect society is maintained through total control.

Types of Control In Dystopias
1. Bureaucratic Control
Society is controlled by tons of regulations and dumb government officials. One example of this was Apartheid in Africa.
2. Philosophical/Religious control
Society is controlled from philosophical or religious beliefs of the leader. An example of this type of control was Nazi Germany.
Dystopian Heroes
One dystopian hero is Wall-E, because he ended the the voyage of the space ship that was treating the humans like couch potatoes.
