CHS Light the Night
Join us in bringing light to the darkness of cancer!
Champion High School is partnering with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help spread awareness and raise money for blood cancer research and patient support services. Help us reach our campus goal of $1,500.
Funds raised through Light The Night allow LLS to fund treatments for patients who are suffering from all forms of blood cancers. Since 2017, LLS has helped advance 85% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the FDA. Help defeat the darkness of cancer.
Please make a donation today to continue to help patients and their families across the country!

A message from the nurse to the Class of 2022
Attention Seniors:
Students attending an institution of higher education are required to provide proof of a current bacterial meningitis vaccination. Proof of a bacterial meningitis vaccination or booster must not be longer than five years before the first day of the semester.
Most Texas high school students received their meningitis vaccination before entering 7th grade which makes the date received more than five years. You can get a current copy of your immunization record in the nurse's clinic.
When you receive your meningitis vaccination, bring a copy to the nurse and I will update your immunization record.
Last Week to vote early!
Including Saturday (April 30th), there are only three days left to vote early in the Boerne ISD Bond Election.
During early voting, you can vote at either polling location, the old schoolhouse at Van Raub Elementary School, or the Kendall County Elections Office in Boerne.
Upcoming Voting hours are as follows:
-Saturday, April 30th: 10am-4pm
-Monday-Tuesday, May 2nd-3rd: 7am-7pm
-Saturday, May 7th: 7am-7pm
If you haven’t done so already, please get out and vote!
It is important to remember the following important pieces of information about the bond:
-The BISD tax rate will not increase, AND taxes are frozen for residents 65 and over
-Every campus will benefit from much-needed improvements
-The bond focuses on our students and fast-growth
-Enrollment is rapidly increasing
