Music Department Spotlight

The JHS Music department just completed a very successful and exciting competition season! In March, our Band, Chorus and Orchestra classes earned top state ratings of Excellent or Superior at the State Music Performance Adjudication.

The Cardinal Quartet, an elite group of students from our Chamber Orchestra, was the only quartet from NC selected for the University of South Carolina Chamber Music day and competition.

Kudos to our talented Cardinal Musicians!
