Dear Families,
I hope that you all have a relaxing and safe Fall Break! Just a reminder that there is NO SCHOOL on October 12. Students return on Tuesday, October 13, which is a "B" day. Please see the A/B Calendar below for your own planning purposes. The week after break is B-A-A-B.
The first weeks with students back on campus have been a great experience for everyone. The students who have returned to the building have been respectful, responsible, and safe. Students are aware of all the safety protocols and guidelines and they have been following those protocols.
A few things to note:
- As students return after Fall Break, please encourage your student to follow all safety procedures and protocols both on campus and on the bus.
- On the bus, beginning on the 13th, students will be REQUIRED to wear/display their ID.
- Student masks need to be washed once they are worn. Students can either wear a different disposable mask each day, or they can wear a cloth mask that is washed between wear. We would suggest that students have 2-3 masks to rotate throughout the week.
- Student technology accounts should only be used for school purposes.
Parents and Guardians, I want to personally thank you for adjusting and helping us out with the new drop off procedures. That transition has gone very smoothly and the morning routine is flowing along, so thank you.
Have a wonderful weekend and Fall Break.
Thank you,
Carlos Alvarado
