Important Announcement

for HTM Families

Dear HTM Families,

As you are aware, we are currently in the midst of a Capital Campaign that is designed to secure the funds needed to purchase property and build so that our school can expand. If you'd like a refresher on our plans, we encourage you to check out all of the details of this campaign in the materials we have published in the "Capital Campaign" section of our website. When we announced this project to our HTM families back in August, we were working toward locating an ideal property and developing a building and/or renovation plan. We have made some great strides in this process and we are excited to share those with you and reveal the next stages of our plan.

On Thursday, January 8, we will hold a MANDATORY Parent Meeting at the school starting at 6pm. During this meeting, we will share the latest updates to our expansion plan, share further details of our vision, show our new architectural plans, and more. Most importantly, we will also share our expectations for every family at HTM as well as the opportunity that we all have to leave a lasting legacy that will impact children and families in our area for generations to come.

We want to impress upon you the critical importance of your attendance to this meeting. We all have families and of course understand that family schedules can be busy; however, we are asking that at least one parent from each household attend. We hope that our early communication will allow you the time that you need to save the date and make arrangements to participate.

This is going to be a great night with lots of excitement and vision for the future. We look forward to building with you, both literally and figuratively, as we look ahead to all of the great things in store for Holy Trinity Montessori!

Because your attendance is so important, we are offering limited childcare during this meeting. However, we would like to ask for your consideration in reserving these spots for our families without other childcare options. If you are able to make other arrangements for your children during this meeting, please do so. Childcare is free but registration is required, so please email to reserve your child's spot. Childcare check-in will begin at 5:45pm so that parents will be able to join the meeting on time. We will be feeding a light meal to the children and more information will be communicated to parents upon registration.

More details to come!

This is an exciting time, and we know you may have lots of questions. But don't worry, we will be in communication with you as the date gets closer! For now, please just save the date and make sure to join us on January 8. Thank you!
