Hello Hurricane Family,

Here we are...on the final stretch of the Class of 2023’s time at Klein Cain HS. And what an adventure it has been! We are at the point in the year where we get to honor and celebrate the amazing accomplishments of the Klein Cain Hurricane Class of 2023. The efforts put forth to get them here, on the cusp of graduation, have not gone unnoticed and we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for all of them.

Their perseverance, dedication, passion and leadership over the past 4 years, has helped set the tone for what it means to be a Hurricane. They have started traditions. They have used their voices to make our vision come to life. They have been role models for so many people on campus. They have represented our school with the utmost integrity and pride. They have supported one another like no other class I have ever seen. They ARE Klein Cain High School and Klein Cain High School IS them! The past 4 years have made me absolutely certain of one important thing...I have never been prouder of a group of people than I am of our Hurricane Class of 2023.

Finally, I would like to thank YOU, the parents, guardians and families of these Hurricane Class of 2023 Seniors. Thank you for raising some amazing children and for sharing them, their passions and talents with us. Thank you for trusting us with your most precious gifts. Your willingness to let your children be a part of our lives for these past 4 years has undoubtedly made me a better person, and given us, as a staff, an exciting reason to come to school every day…and that was to educate, support and love your kids for the impact they have made on campus and in our own lives.

At Klein Cain HS, we are driven each day by our quest to live up to our CAT 5 Core Values of Collaboration, Risk-Taking, Integrity, Passion and Problem Solving. I am proud to say that this group of Seniors we are celebrating this year have done just that. They are the epitome of what it means to be a Klein Cain Hurricane and we are so very proud of each and every one of them!

Regional Track Meet Results

Tirea Reed- 2nd in the Discus, State Qualifier

D’Vonte Williams- 2nd in the Triple Jump, State Qualifier

Damarien Jacobs- 1st in the 400 meters, State Qualifier

Felicity Hamilton- 1st in the 1600 meters, State Qualifier

Camden Gibson- 3rd in the 1600 meters

The State Track meet will take place on May 13 at the University of Texas.
