Spring Club Recognition

16-17 Club Recognition Checklist:
Spring Club Recognition for the 16-17 academic year begins this May for all new and returning clubs! Here is a checklist to guide you as you gear up to complete the annual Club Recognition process:
1. Select new clubs leaders for the 16-17 academic year. At minimum, each club requires a president, financial officer, and club advisor. Refer to your club constitution's selection/election process and meet with your club advisor to discuss a transition plan.
2. Select a mandatory OrgSync club workshop to attend in May (scroll down for dates/locations) to learn about the new Club Recognition process. At least one 16-17 officer from each club MUST attend a workshop before submitting a recognition application on OrgSync.
3. Finalize updates to your club constitution. What needs to be added or changed? Do officer positions need to added or removed? Are position descriptions up to date? Connect with your club advisor as you discuss any changes.
4. Collect and record documents to pass on to the next club officers. OrgSync will serve as the new hub for clubs to store important documents, meeting agendas, photos etc. Browse through any existing club files (emails, DropBox accounts, GoogleDrives etc.) and identify documents worth keeping and passing along.
5. Attend a mandatory OrgSync workshop and complete the Club Recognition process before May 20th!
