Condition that involves narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke.
Treatments
Treatment may include lifestyle changes, medicines, medical and surgical procedures, and cardiac rehabilitation (rehab).
Ways to prevent it.
-maintain a healthy diet
-exercise
-dont smoke
-dont get over stressed
Causes
plaque buildup thickens and stiffens artery walls, which can inhibit blood flow through your arteries to your organs and tissues.
Unhealthy diet or lack of exercise.
