OHE Family Survey - Enrollment for 2022-23 School Year:

We are already planning for the next school year. Please use this survey link to let us know if your family is planning on returning to OHE and give us feedback about your child's class placement.

3-6th Grade Chromebooks:

Starting this week, teachers may be asking students to leave computers at school during the month of May for state testing. Teachers may also be asking for students in 3-6th grade to bring their charging cords to school to keep their computers charged and ready for state SBA testing. Thanks for your help and understanding.

State standardized testing (SBA):

This week, students in 3-6th grade will begin the Smarter Balanced Assessment. Students will be taking these tests online, in their classrooms. These assessments will measure your child's competency in Reading, Writing, and Math in relation to the Common Core State Standards.

For more information about the Smarter Balanced and WCAS tests, visit: https://www.k12.wa.us/student-success/testing/state-testing-overview, and click on the name of the test.

To try out an online Smarter Balanced practice test or WCAS training test, visit: https://login10.cloud1.tds.cambiumast.com/student/V571/Pages/LoginShell.aspx?c=Washington_PT&a=student

Please reach out if you have questions about state testing.
