History
November 26, 1976, the name Microsoft was registered with the secretary of State of New Mexico. ON November 1, 1978 there first Microsoft office came up in Japan, and it name was ASCII, which is now known as Microsoft Japan. On June 1981 there business had grown rapidly and this was when they changed the name to Microsoft Inc. There first chairman was Bill Gates and his friend Paul Allen was the executive VP. November 10, 1983, in New York City, Hotel PLAZA, and Microsoft announced the Next-generation operating system, and the operating system name was Microsoft MS
