Saturday: PTO Holiday Pancake Breakfast, Pictures with Santa, and Mustang Market 8:00-11:00 This is a fun time to eat breakfast, see Santa, and shop at the market.

Monday: Progress Monitoring Forms & Grades due to SPED

Tuesday: PTO Spirit Night at Game Time Pizza (all day 10% goes to GP); PTO faculty breakfast in office hallway beginning at 7:30 (yea PTO!)

Wednesday: Cocoa Bar Delight compliments of Shannon & Deanne in Office

Thursday: Food Day (send grade level schedule of party to Kathryn); 2nd Grade Polar Express Day

Friday: Sing-A-Long at 8:30 (we will have morning assembly); Early Release at 12:45 (follow early release schedule in Livebinder); 3rd Six Weeks Box Tops/Tyson Labels due to PTO box

News & Notes

  • Thank you to all of our classroom teachers for your efforts in providing opportunities for our students to participate in the Hour of Code. The students were excited, engaged, and were critically thinking as they were coding! What a great opportunity for our students! Please see some of the pictures below.
  • Speaking of critically thinking...our art students have been learning about primary and secondary colors. They were assigned to create a blocked picture with three primary or secondary colors where each color did not touch another block. The students were really having to think and plan as they created their picture! K students were learning about patterns by making birds with certain colors. They concluded with a Pixar clip about birds. See pictures below.
