THANK YOU!
Last week we had our High School Parent Panel for our incoming 9th grade parents. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope you left with enough information to help you start your HS journey.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our VP of Programs Allison Lindberg for organizing the event, as well as to our incredible panel of parent volunteers who shared their knowledge and suggestions: Kate Clarke, Vicky Georgas, Maite McCollam, Melinda Robinson and to Ben Simiskey, PTSA President at SLHS for joining us.

*2023 RALLY DAY*
At its core, PTA is a membership association. When our membership is vibrant and robust, our influence at the school, district, state, and national levels is powerful.
A portion of the BDJH PTA membership fee goes to support the advocacy that Texas PTA and National PTA do on behalf of all school children.
If you are not already a member, add your voice to our cause. Join PTA TODAY!
On the Contact Your Legislator - Texas PTA - every child. one voice. (txpta.org) page of the Texas PTA website you can sign up for “Under the Dome” email updates about Texas PTA policy initiatives. You can also find out who represents you (at the state as well as federal levels), and even message them directly from that page.
Elected officials represent you even if you aren’t registered to vote, so don’t hesitate to let them know your thoughts about issues!
