Definition of Oral Cancer

Cancer within the mouth. Oral cancer is associated with smoking cigarettes and cigars as well as chewing tobacco. It is generally noticed as a painless growth on the inner cheek, gum, or tongue. Treatment options include surgical resection, and radiation

It affects everything in the mouth

What leads to Oral cancer

You can get oral cancer from cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, Excessive drinking of alcohol, family history of cancer, Human pusillanimous (HPV)

The Symtomes

Symptoms include a sore that doesn't heal, a lump, or a white or red patch on the inside of the mouth.

The Treatments

Laryngectomy, Dental filling, Dental implant, Neck dissection, Radiation therapy, and Glossectomy
