Community Conversation about Fake Pills and Overdose

Cal Epstein had plans. The former Sunset High School student was home from college in December. He bought what he thought was Oxycontin on Snapchat. What he got was a fake pill made with cheap and deadly fentanyl. He died from one pill.

Cal isn’t the only BSD student to die from fentanyl in the past year. We implore all middle and high school students and their parents/guardians to join us for a Community Conversation about this alarming trend on April 29 at 7 p.m. on the District's Facebook page or YouTube channel. In addition to local experts, we’ll hear more from the Epstein family.

Your child’s life is worth investing the time to learn more.
