Well, our students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 are officially through half of their school year! Can you believe it? Speaking of belieiving, it's hard to think that we live in New England with 50-degree, rainy nights. Be sure you've downloaded the APS App, because that is one way you'll find out about delays and cancellations due to snow...which is bound to happen.

Dear Hill-Roberts families,

Hello! My name is Jameson Ward, and I am a student teacher at Hill-Roberts Elementary School. I am working with Mrs. Stephanie Torres in the music room, and will be teaching your child from January 17th through March 10th. I am a Music Education major at Rhode Island College, in my 5th and final year. I’m primarily a percussionist, but I also play the piano, and sing tenor. Over the next six weeks, some lessons will be taught by me, and other lessons will be co-taught by Mrs. Torres and me. I’ve always had a passion for teaching music, as I’ve been teaching since my freshman year of college. I’m excited for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful learning community.
