Flexibility is important because if you're not flexible than that can affect your muscles, you could pull a muscle or worst while you are doing something physical.
Ways to improve your flexibility.
To improve your flexibility is stretching when you're warming up. You should stretch for 5 to 10 minutes. Warming up is a low intensity activity
