Welcome!
I am beyond excited for you to start your Healthy Living program!! My goal is to make sure you ROCK this program and get ALL you have hoped for from it.
Please let me know if you do not see the group. I recommend you read all the posts from the COACH. You will learn the WHY's behind what you are doing. This page is also there for you to ask questions and a great support for you.
3 TIPS!
Let’s do this thing!
1. Read all the info on the facebook page and stay plugged in because you will be amazed just how much you will actually learn from other detoxers (ie. where to find certain detox friendly products, ideas on tweaking a recipe, if a product is detox friendly and if not, why not).
2. BE PREPARED- This is one I cannot stress enough, it's something I work on all the time and when I'm prepared it's a no brainer. I make the right or better choice but when I'm not that's when I grab the closest thing to put in my mouth and it's not a good choice
3. Call/text/message me if you don’t understand something or you don’t like something, or you have any questions! I am here for YOU. Your success is my success!

* PRINT or save the HEALTHY LIVING GUIDE below - this is your "Bible" for this program!!!!!! Read thru it. It will answer many of your questions & also a great "go to” during your detox.
• Also, you can always look at the file section on the private FB page for ALL the documents posted if you miss anything
• The meal plans can be found in the “FILES” section of the Facebook group! There are Vegan & Non-Vegan options! Let me know if you have any trouble finding those!
• Like I mentioned, preparation is the KEY to your success in the beginning. You will reach a point where this become your new normal. Here are some tips that have helped me so much.
Food Prep & have some grab and go’s!
- Cut up tons of veggies to snack on have with hummus
- hard boil eggs
- cut up green apples and celery and have with Almond butter
- cook sweet potatoes
- cook a big thing of brown rice
- cut up lemons
It is easiest to follow the recipes and grocery guide but know that as long at it is on the CAN HAVE list you can eat it.
Simple grilling clean meat(or not), making some veggies, brown rice and avocado for example is a GREAT meal.
SHAKES -THESE ARE MEALS!!
It is key to get plenty of calories in them
You will also find your rhythm...some like shakes thick - some not so much, etc. It may take a few times to find your "Sweet Spot"
make sure you are adding in a healthy fat
- avocado
- coconut cream ( brown can at traders)
-Almond, cashew, nut butter ( no peanut)
You can also add in chia, flax, maca, cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, etc
-If you like the flavor of coffee there is a GREAT product called Dandy Blend ( at Lassen’s or on Amazon) A Dandelion instant tea that is DETOX approved and tastes like coffee. I LOVE it in my shakes!!
• WATER IS YOUR BFF!!! DRINK LOTS OF IT!!!
START DAY MEASUREMENTS & WEIGHT
Weigh yourself and measure! Believe me you will want this baseline!
Measure around your belly button & 2" below as well as each thigh!
I will then need your weight and measurements each week on Monday (or at least the “difference”). It’s one way I can track how your body is responding to the program and whether we’ll need to make some tweaks or adjustments. I also strongly recommend taking a before pic because you’ll be shocked at how much your body can change and you never know how your story and journey could help someone else change their health and life!
