This food is low in sodium, and very low in cholesterol. Guacamole is a good dietary fiber.

Fruit Salad

Fruit salads are very low in Saturated Fats, Cholesterol, and sodium. It is also a good source of vitamin A.

Brownies(Fudge)

This food is high in saturated fat. It does not contain a lot of vitamins.

Lays BBQ Potato Chips

These contain way too much sodium. 768mg. It also contains a lot of carbohydrates.
