THE TRUTH ABOUT NUTRITION BARS
Today's market is all about the Nutrition bars. Incase you don’t know what nutrition bars are, they are delicious snacks that are “healthy” and not at all bad for your body. Before I start I assure you that this article will not relate to all companies but for most of them it is true. Though nutrition may be very good for a little energy they are nowhere close to being healthy. Infact they are pretty fattening. Some of these bars might have more fat then a saturated candy bar. After having these bars you might feel a little dizzy. Some of these bars may contain up to 30 grams of sugar. A good way to tell if a nutrition bar is healthy or not is to read the ingredients, if there are too many words that you don’t understand then put your bar right back on the shelf because the words are obviously complicated for a reason. For example: companies will write high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar syrup because they know more people know what sugar syrup means so that might cause their sales to go down. Even though this is true for most bars it isn’t true for all. If you are craving one of the unhealthy nutrition bars then it is perfectly fine to have them once in awhile however, I do recommend you don’t use them as a food supplement. Always remember natural is better.
