Principal Post

Reminder to all interested: A "Parent University" presentation regarding standards based grading and reporting is scheduled for Thursday, October 11th from 6:30-7:30pm at Westfield Middle School. D13 Parents are invited to this presentation.

This Saturday, the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the 10th Annual "50 Men Who Cook and Divas Who Dish." This is a casual evening that features men and women from the greater Bloomingdale community who prepare tastings of their favorite recipes for event attendees to sample and judge. This year, I will be preparing a main dish with Mr. Dan Frattinger. If you love pulled pork sliders with sweet slaw and volcanic applesauce, join us this Saturday evening. There will be a raffle for spectacular prizes donated by area businesses and local groups. Click on this link to secure tickets to the event. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
