  • Tuesday - 30 - Readak Parent Meeting at 5:30 pm. Location: Meeting Room A


  • Wednesday - 1 - Elementary Assembly at 8:35 am
  • Friday - 3 - St. Francis of Assisi Prayer Service at 10:30 am for Grades K - 5
  • Tuesday - 7 - MIddle School Assembly at 8:25 am
  • Wednesday - 8 - Open House for prospective Kindergarten/Elementary parents
  • Friday - 10 - Kindergarten Applications due


Applications Welcome for Kindergarten

Applications are invited for the Kindergarten Class commencing September, 2015. Children who will be five years old on or before 31st December 2015 are eligible. Application forms may be obtained from the school office or online at A copy of the child’s birth certificate as well as a letter and/or academic record from the child’s pre-school must accompany the application form. The school will contact all applicants to schedule an interview. Deadline for submission of completed applications is Friday, 10th October.

Elementary Netball Club

Please note that Elementary Netball Club has been moved to Tuesday afterschool, starting on 30th September 2014 from 3:15 - 4:15 pm. See Mrs. Raymond for more information -

Middle School Notices

Math Help Canceled

Extra help for Middle School Math has been canceled for this week (1 October). Extra help sessions will resume on Wednesday, 8th October.

High School Notices

Yoga Club

A meeting for those interested in Yoga Club will be held on Monday, 6th October at 3:35 pm in Room 11A, Ms. Cimino’s room. Yoga will run until 8th December 2014.


Raffle Sales

Wow! Tickets are being sold at an incredible rate this year There are two remaining draws before the Bazaar, which means additional sales opportunities. The draw dates are as follows:

Tomorrow, 30th September! ………..4th October

We want to ensure that everyone gets their tickets in for the draws, so we will accept ticket returns in batches less than the 20 tickets issued.

We’re still looking for managers and/or co-managers for the following stalls:

  • Superslide Manager and Co-Manager
  • Popcorn Manager and Co-Manager
  • Sale Stall Co-Manager
  • Construction Co-Manager

Second Hand Rose

Last year we received some great donations for the Second Hand Rose - thanks so much. We aren't quite ready to start receiving donations for this year, but ask that you start having a look for some gently used and/or new items that you think might be good sale items.
