You can really eat any thing you want to but you can't go over your pint system. Your point are based on your gender, age, wight, height, and how u spend most of your day. The point are based on fats, carbs, fiber, and protein.

How does it impact my body?

If you don't get a carbohydrates you will not have that much energy. You should try and eat unsaturated fat such as avocados, peanut butter, and almonds. Weight watchers is a very healthy diet because you can choose what you want to eat.
