My Data Portal Quick Reference
Creating Class Student Rosters
Simple Steps
Step 1: Click of the My Student Tab
Note: You can do all students or by class section
Step 2: Click on Show Student Data
Step 3: Click on Export
Step 4: Place a check in the needed areas for demographics ID, Name, Grade
Note: Other information is available
Step 5: Open Spreadsheet
Note: Delete any columns that are not needed. For example: State ID
Step 6: Columns needed are: Name, ID, STAAR 2014/2015, Fall ACP, Common Assessment, Progress, and your Projections.
Step 7: Name and Save document
