We are recognizing students from different art departments every month! Great things are happening in our classrooms this year, and our VAPA teachers have some amazing students to celebrate in our "Artist Spotlight" section. Take a look at this month's artist spotlights from video production!
In honor of Arts Education month in March, Tulare County Office of Education has built an Arts Education Month virtual gallery composed of student artwork and performances from schools across Tulare County. 35 schools are represented in this art gallery and Burton School District was proud to also take part in this opportunity to show what some of our students have done this past year. Burton's Got Talent 2021 was a huge success!! Our students showed off some amazing talents and our adjudicators gave students encouraging feedback on their artwork and performances. If you missed it, check out the video to enjoy our virtual district talent show!

BMS video production students for the 2019-2020 school year participated in a Student Voices Campaign contest for California Alliance for Arts Education with the purpose of advocating for the arts and sharing what the arts means to them! We are so proud of these students who received 3rd place in the contest out of over 200 entries across California! Take a look!
