Benefits Of Swimming

Swimming uses almost every muscle in your body and is, overall, good for your health. It is a stress reliever, especially when you had a bad day it can all go away. Resistance from the water is more of a workout than having not a lot of resistance. It increases muscular flexibility and helps maintain a steady weight.

Swim Teams

l have been in 2 swim teams so far: North Shore Swim Club and South Metro Storm Swim Club, which I am currently in. Both have been interesting but I feel like I had more of a workout in my previous swim team.

I would love to learn how to dive professionally so it would make a race dive (a start) better. It would be fun to incorporate what I would have learned from diving into swimming.

Race for Gold: Michael Phelps and Allison Schmitt Interview
I hope that I could be as strong and fast as Michael Phelps or Allison Schmitt. It would be very interesting to compete against Michael Phelps one day or someone who might be faster than him.
